The CDCUSA-AV Charter Board of Managers role is to lead and provide oversight in all aspects of the the CDCUSA Antelope Valley Charter, and its operations within the AV service area. The Local Board of Volunteers make the decisions needed at local community levels. The CDCUSA-AV Board Chair is the face of the Board. It is their responsibility to recruit Local Leaders, Committees and Volunteers as needed, with the support of the Executive Director and CEO. Local Leadership and oversite are a must in all CDCUSA programing.
